May 10, 2024

Easy and pretty (in pink) Raspberry & Strawberry ice cream + a little bit of sprinkles since it’s my birthday week! This ice cream states like a dreamy berries and cream and I can’t wait for you to try it yourself!

Recommended: using ice cream attachment for KitchenAid or an ice cream maker

Prep Time:10 minutes

Freeze Time:5 hours minimum

Total Time:5 hours and 10 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry jam OR 1 cup fresh mushed raspberries
  • 1 cup (about 5-6 strawberries) cubes
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1

Make sure your ice cream attachment (fully frozen) or machine is ready to use.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, powdered sugar, salt and mush raspberries / raspberry jam.

Step 3

Transfer to the ice cream maker OR if you don’t have one, skip  and using a hand mixer or a whisk, whip until fluffy

Step 4

Once fluffy and combined add your strawberries and sprinkles (optional) and mix a bit more.

Once combined, transfer ice cream to a pint or a closed container

Step 5

Freeze for a minimum of 5 hours, scoop and enjoy! (I added caramel).
