Tahini Ice Cream

Bringing a touch of the Mediterranean into your own personal home. I love eating Tahini in so many different ways and trust me when I tell you, this recipe will change your life!!

OPTIONAL: using ice cream attachment for KitchenAid

Tahini Ice Cream

Prep Time:10 minutes

Cook Time:5 minutes

Freeze Time:5 hours minimum

Total Time:5 hours and 15 minutes

  • 1 cup raw tahini
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • Pinch of salt


Step 1

(if you’re not using an ice cream maker skip step 1 & 2) In a pot add your tahini, heavy cream, condensed milk and salt.

Step 2

Cook until “melted” (about 5-7 min on low heat)

Step 3

Transfer to the ice cream maker OR if you don’t have one, skip the stove part and using a hand mixer or a whisk, whip until fluffy

Step 4

Once fluffy and combined transfer ice cream to a pint or a closed container

Step 5

Freeze for a minimum of 5 hours, scoop and enjoy! (I added caramel).
