Tiramisu Crepes

Every time I eat a dessert at a restaurant I have this NEED to go home and recreate. This was inspired by a crepes cake which each layer was tiramisu… DELISH!! It’s soo easy and will impress everyone around you (trust me). 

PS: I used a crepe pan but you can use any pan you like! / hand mixer is recommended!

Tiramisu Crepes with chocolate sprinkles on a plate

Prep Time:10 minutes

Cook Time:10 minutes

Total Time:20 minutes

Ingredients for crepes:
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
Ingredients for whipped cream filling:
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoons coffee
  • 1 tablespoons hot chocolate mix or cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • chocolate sprinkles (optional but recommended)

Instructions:

Step 1
CREPES:

In a bowl, add melted butter, eggs, milk, salt & vanilla.

Step 2

Slowly add the flour and whisk until smooth and silky (runny) batter.

Step 3

Take a bit of batter and into a hot buttered pan spread all around until super thin.

Step 4

Once cooked (about 1-2 minutes or less), flip and cook for about 1 minute.

Step 5

Once you’re done making the crepes let them cool on a plate

Step 6
FILLING:

Add into another bowl, heavy cream, powdered sugar, coffee, hot chocolate mix, vanilla and salt.

Step 7

Using hand mixer or whisk mix until doubled in size (heavy cream texture).

Step 8

Time to assemble! Take a crepe, add a bit of cream, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles & fold for your desire.

Step 8

Dust with hot chocolate mix or cocoa powder and ENJOY!
