- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons vanilla paste or extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1-2 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream (if needed)
- Optional: melt 1 bar of dark chocolate or ½ semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F (176C)
Grab your frozen or non frozen scooped cookie dough and place on a squared baking pan (I like to place parchment paper for easy cleaning)

In a mixing bowl or using a hand mixer and start creaming the butter until lighter in color
Add your powder sugar, vanilla extract and salt and mix until you have a smooth but thick consistency (if too thick add cream, one tablespoon at a time)
Make sure your cookies are completely cooled and start spreading the frosting on top
Optional is to melt some chocolate and drizzle it on top
Cut into squares and it’s ready to be served
